EXCHANGE POLICY:

All sales final. No exchanges or repair accepted unless submitted with a repair merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

Please
fill out our Repair Authorization Form to receive an
RMA. All merchandise received without an RMA will be
refused – NO EXCEPTIONS.

All return
merchandise will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
No guarantee for broken glass, missing parts or
color change and will be returned at the customer’s
expense.

Absolutely no returns or exchanges after 14 days of
invoice date. Shortages or any issues must be
reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
Claims made after 48 hours will be refused
